RECOMMENDED USE FOR MALES:
For best results mix 2 scoops with 350ml to 450ml of water up to 1 to 4 times a day. For best results mix in a shaker cup or blender and consume immediately. Do not exceed the stated dose. For females reduce quantity by half.
