Is your delivery Free?
Yes we offer free delivery to the whole of the UK except the Scottish highlands, Scottish Islands and Ireland where a surcharge will be applied.
How long does it take to deliver?
If ordered before 2pm and the item is in stock we aim to deliver the next working day e.g. if you order on Friday it will be delivered Monday. If the product is miss-routed it could take up to 5 working days, however we will inform you should this happen.
What Should I Do If An Item On My Order Arrives Damaged Or Incorrect?
Damages to products in transit and product mistakes are very rare, with the procedures we have in place, however, on the rare occasions where this does happen, you need to phone us within 7 days of your receipt so that appropriate action can be taken to resolve the matter swiftly and to your satisfaction.
Can I Have My Order Shipped To An Address Other Than My Billing Address?
Initial first orders must be shipped to the card holders billing address. Upon successful receipt of your first order, you may on subsequent orders, select an alternative preferred shipping address. This is where we shall endeavour to ship your order, however, if we feel that there is insufficient information to pass our security authorisation, we retain the right to ship your order to your card billing address.

Can I Track My Order Once I Have Placed It?
Yes, all of our services are fully traceable. Please go to http://www.interlinkexpress.com/tracking/tracking.do and type in your consignment number.
Do You Supply To Trade?
Yes, we supply to trade. You will be required to open a trade account, simply email us your enquiry at sales@onlysupplements.co.uk and one of our trade account managers shall contact you back directly.
Do You Accept Paypal?
No.
What Do You Do With My Personal Details?
At Only Supplements we will keep your personal details completely private and secure, and we do not work with, nor do we pass on, any of your details to any third party or company.
Do You Have Any Stores Where I Can Purchase and collect My Products?

If I Place an Order Will All of the Items Be In Stock?
There may be occasions when an item is out of stock due to a product supply delay. In these instances, you will be contacted and informed of the estimated the time of delivery if that is not acceptable we will ask you if would like to exchange the item for an alternative. Or we will credit your account with the money owed.
What time of day will my order arrive?
We use Royal Mail for smaller items such as Capsule products and Creatine up to 1kg. These should arrive with you at your normal “Post Man” delivery time. For larger items over 1kg we use Inter Link; they operate between 9.00am and 8.00pm at night and they can inform you when they are delivering by email and txt.
