Use as a dietary supplement, for best results take 3 capsules 30 minutes before exercise and 3 capsules immediately after exercise. On non-training days take 3 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach and 3 capsules in the afternoon on an empty stomach.

Please consume 2-3 litres of water per day whilst on this product.
