Ingredients

Directions
Use as a dietary supplement, for best results take 2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast and 2 capsules 30 minutes before dinner. A further 2 capsules may be taken before exercise depending on time of day exercise occurs. To assess tolerance, you may wish to halve the dosage for the first 5 days. Do not take 4 hours before bedtime and drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
